Mr. Searcy was born and raised in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

He has over 22 years of experience. He specializes in bankruptcy, traffic defense and criminal defense. As a former public defender, he has represented both juvenile and adult defendants in the Juvenile and Domestic Relations District and Circuit Courts.
